When I first booked I was excited for the jacuzzi room but 2 hours before checking in I got a call saying that it was some maintenance issues with the jacuzzi so they offered a full refund or standard room. So when the wonderful receptionist BRI checked me in she saw that it was a king room available with a full tub around the same price and she offered late check out because of the last minute change to my reservation. When I tell you she was so polite and apologetic but when I saw that room it was so beautiful and the bathtub was big enough for two people.! I was so happy and I most definitely be back hopefully the jacuzzi will be working by then!!!!!
Honestly my only complaint is the fridge was not cold enough for me. Cherelle is amazing at the front desk…. Very polite and accommodating . Will come again
What a pleasant surprise it was when we checked into this hotel. Modern, very friendly staff, great comfortable beds and pillows, the only downside was no protein for breakfast. Definitely put it on your list of places to stay if you’re in the area.
I really really really enjoyed my stay! The jacuzzi rooms were very sleek and classy. The check in was 21 and up so bare minimum noise. Great spots to take pictures, cameraman and back drop on location. Nice smell. Bar sitting and secrecy on the upper level. Only thing is; that jacuzzi TORE my feet up but I had a blast!
My husband and I had a long trip from downstate for a concert. Upon entering the room, we noted a few concerns. The gentleman at the front desk, Rae, was so kind and understanding. He got us situated into a new room, which we didn’t even require. We just wanted to document so we wouldn’t be charged. He was more than understanding and hooked us up with a new room that was very nice. Overall the hotel is very nice, clean, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. The little seating area on the third floor was so cool, even though we didn’t utilize it. Thanks again Rae! If we find ourselves in the area, we will definitely stay there again because of how nice he and the rest of the staff were!
Stayed one night in a king room and I am pleased. The room was up-to-date, spacious, and has a small kitchenette area with a sink, fridge, and microwave. The room also came with a smart TV and small sectional couch. My only complaint is the products used on the floor makes the tile a bit slippery and the continental breakfast was very minimal.
I absolutely love this hotel. It's such a pleasant place. I stayed there just recently. I was there for a little over 2 weeks. The hostility was great. I would definitely refer my family&friends. I would consider the stay again, without hesitation.
We went here because the last time we went it was pretty cool and we were done moving and couldn’t go to our new house yet. Pretty cool hotel, had to wait a bit cause we came in late for our hotel and some stuff (4 am) but overall the hotels great! Looks good, and the food is pretty good! 8/10 food. However I do wish that you can use smart TVs (even basic ones idc) And at the spot it’s at there’s a bunch of food places so that’s cool
